暖贴暖宝宝外袋包装机用途：该机主要针对暖贴十袋装大包装而开发的新产品。
Usage: Machine is developed that contraposing warm plaster ten bags package.
暖贴暖宝宝外袋包装机特点：

本机采用触摸屏控制，主控电器采用智能芯片，计量精确，电器故障自动检测，操作简单，调整方便.
采用高品质双变频器简约机械结构，易维护，磨损少，寿命长。
高精度光电检测跟踪，双向自动补偿，精确可靠。
袋长无需人工设定，设备运行中自动检测，自动设定。
包装速度和成袋长度采用双变频器控制，无极变速，任意调节范围宽，可以与生产线的前道工序完美匹配。
调整式端封结构，使封口更完美，并排除切包现象。
输送台面不锈钢，主机部分喷塑烤漆处理。也可按客户需求做成全不锈钢。

Characteristic:

Machine adopt PLC programmable control, master electrical equipment adopt intelligent CMOS chip, precision in measuring, electrical equipment can be detected automatically, easy to operate and adjust.
Adopt high quality double frequency simple structure, easy to maintain, little wear and tear, and has a long life span.
Photoelectric tracking system and two-way compensate function are adopted to ensure correct and accurate double-face printing and counting.
Automatically detect and set pouch length.
Adopt double frequency to control packing speed and pouch length, step-less change speed, adjustable range is wide.
Adopt end sealing structure, ensure to seal well and obviate cutting pouch.
Conveying table-board adopts stainless steel, part of host machine adopts arts and crafts of powder coating and baking varnish, if the client need full stainless steel, we can do depend on the client’s requirement.
