吨包卸料站 Big Bag Discharge Station

    吨包卸料站用于吨袋装粉粒物料拆包卸料作业。在应化工、橡胶行业和其他行业使用，对大袋（吨袋）装的塑料树脂，炭黑和食品添加剂等干燥粉粒物料进行拆包卸料作业。它通过提升吨袋至设备进料口，人工拆开吨袋下料口，卸料并辅以振动装置促使吨袋内的粉粒物料靠重力落进贮斗中来完成拆包卸料工作

     我公司设计的吨包卸料站是采用内外双重密封，不会使物料产生破损和泄露，具有操作方便，结构简单等特点。它特别适用于有毒，易燃和强腐蚀高粉尘的场合。公司会按照客户的粉粒体性能要求以及卸料能力和工作环境设计**方案。

     根据卸料的方式不同，吨包卸料站分为两种结构：一种吨包卸料站是靠叉车将大袋（吨袋）吊装到卸料机的机架上，它本身不带起重设备。另一种吨包卸料站是靠自身携带的起重设备将大袋（吨袋）吊装到卸料机的机架上，不需要外界的帮助。

Discharge in different ways according to unloading station is divided into two large bags of structure: one is the big bags of the bag stop by truck to large bags (tonnes bags) onto the discharge machine frame, on its own without lifting equipment. The other is big bags of the bag is on its own station with lifting equipment will carry the big bags (tonnes bags) onto the unloading feeder rack, without using outside help.
