工作原理

流化床气流粉碎机(下文称气流磨)是一种利用高速气流来实现干式物料粉碎的设备。它由磨体、喷嘴、分级机等部分组成,物料通过进料口进入磨体内部粉碎区,压缩空气通过超音速喷嘴向磨体内高速喷射,粗颗粒在超音速的喷射气流中加速,并在喷嘴的交汇处对撞粉碎。被粉碎物料随上升气流进入分级区,在分级机的作用下,大于分级粒径以上的粗颗粒物料返回磨体内部继续冲击粉碎,符合分级粒径的细颗粒成品,则通过分级轮经过管路进入除尘器收集,微粉收集系统由粉尘收集器构成。超细粉通过密封管道进入收尘器,由排料系统排出包装即是成品。粉尘进入粉尘收集器,通过布袋过滤(德国必达福滤袋)后的气体,在引风机的作用下抽出,尾气排入大气中。其排放的粉尘量低于国家的环保部门规定的粉尘排放标准

Working principle

It consists of grinding bodies, nozzles, classifiers, etc. The material enters the grinding area through the inlet of the material, the compressed air is injected into the grinding body at high speed through the supersonic nozzle, and the coarse particles are speeded up in the supersonic jet flow. And smashing at the junction of the nozzle. When the comminuted material enters the classification area with the updraft, under the action of the classifier, the coarse particle material larger than the classifying diameter returns to the grinding body and continues to impact and comminute. The dust collection system consists of dust collector. After the super-fine powder enters the dust collector through the sealing pipe, the packing is finished product by the discharge system. The dust enters the dust collector, filters the gas after the cloth bag (the German Bedafur filter bag), pulls out under the action of the induced fan, the tail gas is discharged into the atmosphere. The amount of dust emitted is lower than the dust emission standard set by the national environmental protection department.

2.    采用独立设计的分级机主轴结构,全新的结构设计拥有更高的强度,更高的转速,更长的使用寿命,更加方便的润滑及保养,采用Honeywell或者SIEMENS高能效电机驱动,各个方面都超过采用电动机直联的方式。

3.    系统操作采用触摸屏界面来进行操作,PLC程序自动控制,分级机,主风机,给料机全部采用日本安川变频器驱动控制,给料系统能够根据系统压差,电流等数据进行更加快速、准确的给料。脉冲收尘器的清灰控制,主风机的转速控制全部根据系统的压力,压差进行全自动的控制,来确保整个系统稳定、高效的运行。

4.    磨损小。由于主要粉碎作用是物料之间的相互冲击碰撞,高速的物料颗粒与磨体内壁很少碰撞,可适用粉碎莫氏硬度九级以上的物料。

5.    对易燃、易爆物料可用惰性气体做工质粉碎。

6.    无污染。因为物料是在气流的带动下自身碰撞粉碎,不带入介质,这样在物料的粉碎过程中不会构成污染。

7.    产量:50~5000 kg/h;细度:d97=3~45μm;

Performance advantage

The system uses touch screen interface to operate, PLC program automatic control, classifier, main fan, feed machine are all controlled by Igawa inverter, feed system can be more quickly based on system pressure difference, current and other data. Accurate feed. In order to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the whole system, the ash cleaning control of the pulse dust collector and the speed control of the main fan are carried out automatically according to the pressure and pressure difference of the system.

 4. Wear is small. Because the main comminution action is the impact and collision between the materials, the high speed material particles rarely collide with the grinding body wall, so it can be used to comminute the materials with Mohlich hardness above nine grades.

5. Flammable and explosive materials can be comminuted by inert gas.

6. No pollution. Because the material is driven by the airflow, it does not bring into the medium, so the material will not be polluted in the process of crushing.
