TD75型固定带式输送机是通用型系列产品，是以棉帆布、尼龙聚酯帆布及钢绳芯输送带作曳引构件的连续输送设备。TD75型胶带输送机具有输送量大、结构简单、造价低廉、维修方便、部件标准化程度高、便于实现输送系统自动化控制等优点。它广泛应用于矿山、冶金、发电、供热、煤炭等部门，输送松散密度为500-2500kg/m3的各种散状及成件物品。胶带输送机可在环境温度-20℃至+40℃范围内的使用，输送物料的温度在50℃以下。对于有防尘、防爆、防腐蚀要求的场合需要输送带可逆运行输送时，应另采取措施。
　　其传动装置可根据用户的要求选用电动滚筒或带驱动架的驱动装置。
　　其安装倾斜角度一般不得大于20°。
